What motivated you to start your journey?
I was feeling tired all the time and my son was a member at the studio.
What did you find most challenging when you first started?
All of it
How did you feel prior to starting your exercise/healthy eating program?
Felt lethargic – tired as my job is sitting all day. Since starting and healthy eating I am more alert, have more energy.
What new things you have learnt since you started.
1. Healthy eating & exercise makes you feel good.
What do you think is the key to your success?
Having a personal trainer and also able to talk to any of the staff who are willign to help and advise you. Always there to help.
What advice would you give someone who is afraid to start an exercise program?
Go to a personal trainer, only go to a small gym not a franchise.
What do you notice different about your life now you are healthier and fitter?
I am not as tired as I was before. Having more energy gets me through the day.
What is the best thing about succeeding for you?
Knowing that my family encouraged me with going and getting fit.
How do your family and friends feel about the new you?
They are so happy that i had done it. My husband is taking me out to tea.
