Mud Run

Our latest social fitness event was the Mud Run, this is a 7km run over obstacles, diving in to muddy water, crawling on dirt and in tunnels and sliding down big hills.

This event isn't to be confused with ToughMudder which is a 21km marathon obstacle event, this is 7km of fun!  Our members that attended had a blast!

We started with much enthusiasm, in anticipation of the course that awaits us.  The horn sounded and off we sprinted. The first part of the track was pretty easy, a run across some paddocks.  Then came the obstacles.  We waded through water and jumped along planks and ran on muddy tracks, i've never had so much fun getting dirty and wet!

Our group consisted of personal trainers and members and It took us about 1.5 hours to complete the course, we motivated each other, we ran together as a group, we helped each other through each each section of the course and crossed the finish line.  

Congratulations team, we completed the MUD RUN!
