Weights & Cardio
Our Personal Training focus on two elements, Weights & Cardio. We will design a customised program for you that will incorproate both and will be taylored indiviually to suit you and your goals. It is extremely important for both males and females to incorporate both weights and cardio fitness into their workouts if you wish to acheive success.
Whether your goals are weight loss, fitness or muscle gain, it is imperative to have an balanced eating plan, designed to suit your indivual goals. We dedicate time to writing a customised nutrition plan with you. We do not call what we provide a “diet” – it is balanced eating and incorporates carbohydrates, proteins and fats. We also provide support with shopping tours, recepies, food diarys and updates in our newsletter.
Each of our trainers are dedicated to taking you on a journey and working with you through your challenges, motivating you and helping you to succeed. We also provide a qualified success coach who you can book one on one sessions with when you want that extra help to work through some of your barriers and blocks. Success in any program must also include what is happening in your mind!
