Classes

We have Exciting and Evolving classes that ensure you receive a fantastic workout to suppliment your exercise program and increase your fitness.

Our classes are challenging and fun and will guarantee you get an intensive workout and are COMPLETELY FREE for members!

We have three classes our

  • Free Community Saturday Class (Free for anyone to attend)
  • Over Active 55 Class ($5 for anyone over 55)
  • Pilates Class (Available only to members)

FREE Community Saturday Class 

On Saturday at our Centre we hold our FREE Community Fitness Class. This class is FREE for anyone to attend, you do not need to be a member to attend this class.

There are no contracts, no maximum committment, no membership registration needed,  it is your choice if you want to come and supplement your fitness.!

Registration for is requried for attendance to your first class, once registered you can turn up as often as you like.

Over Active 55 Class

Our Over Active 55 Class is a fun and active class for those who are over 55 and looking to increase fitness, gain strength and better movement.  It is a fun class where you can meet new people and get results.

The class is run on;

Monday 11.00am – 12.00pm

Wednesday 11.00m – 12.00pm

This class is FREE for all Difference Personal Training members and $5 for any non member.

Pilates Class

Our pilates class is available FREE to members only.  This class is run by Narellan Pilates Studio instructors Sherrie & Holly and is designed to assist you increase strength and flexiblity by doing matt and ball work.

Our Pilates class is run on Monday at 6.30pm for 45min.
