1 on 1 Personal Training
If you are focused on achieving results and want a customised individual program, but don’t’ want to train within a studio environment, then we can provide you with one on one personal training, targeted to your fitness level and your goals, but run from your local park. This training will include all the features of our normal personal training programs including customised nutrition, physiotherapy check, shopping tours, motivational workshops, life coaching and much more. @ Home Training
If you can’t make it to our centre or the park, or you feel more comfortable training from home, we can send one of our qualified team members out to you so that you can get the benefits of our award winning training systems in the comfort of your own home . You will also still have access to all of our other features and benefits.
If at home training isn’t what your looking for then you can receive personal training direct from our studio.
